Apply for Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment

Overview

If you will be managing Samsung devices, you can register your organization with Samsung as the rightful owner of its devices. To do this, you'll create an account in a system called Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment.

Instructions

Follow the steps below to enroll in Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment (also known as just, 'KME' .)

Step 1: Visit the Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment Website
Visit https://www.samsungknox.com/ and select Enroll from the top-right corner of the page.

Step 2: Enter your work email address into the Work Email field, then choose Next.

A work email account (ending with @yourcompany) is required for Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment. Publicly-available providers, like @gmail or @yahoo cannot be used.

Step 3: Choose Agree to Create your Samsung Account

Step 4: Enter your account information
Complete your account information, then choose Next.

Record this information and store it somewhere safe with other information about your organization's IT accounts.

Step 5: Verify your email account
You will receive a confirmation email message at the email account you specified. Enter the verification code that was delivered.

Step 6: You are not finished. Your Samsung Account has been created. 
Select "Done" to continue.

Step 7: From the Protect Your Data page, select Not now to avoid setting up two-factor authentication.

Step 8: Verify your information and choose "Next." DO NOT SET UP TWO-STEP VERIFICATION.

Step 9: Enter your company information

Step 10: Agree to Agreements
Review and agree to the Samsung Knox Terms of Use and Samsung Knox Privacy Policy, then choose Submit"

Step 11: Open Knox Mobile Enrollment

From the Samsung Knox Suite, select Knox Mobile Enrollment.

Step 12: Agree to Terms and Agreements
Review and agree to the Samsung Knox Mobile Enrollment Terms and Conditions and Samsung Knox Privacy Policy.

Step 13: Your application is pending.
Please forward any email you receive from Samsung to your ATG representative.
